Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s website to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we are unable to contact you.

For larger reservations for 7 people or more, a deposit of £50 will need to be paid to confirm your reservation. If the deposit is not received at least 72 hours prior to reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled.
If reservees arrive late for their reservations without informing us in advance, their table will be given away to other custom. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Service Charge

A 10% service charge will be required and added to the total of the bill to dine in the restaurant. This service charge is in addition to the normal menu price and will be calculated by an addition of 10% of the total bill value.

Confetti clean up and rubbish disposable will incur a service charge of an additional 25% of the total bill value.

Any unattended reservations noticed by management will be refused future rights to reserve a table and will be refused entry.

For larger parties above 6 guests, we must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date of any changes. Failing to do so will result in a service charge of £20 per head, for each individual not attending on the day of reservation. This will be added to the total value of the bill.

In addition to normal menu price, a service charge of 20% will be added to the total bill value for parties wishing to pay for drinks individually at the counter.

Should the confirmed number of guests decrease or increase, Bombay Pickles team reserves the right to relocate the table elsewhere in the restaurant.


Table Occupancy Times

All guests have a maximum two hours' time slot allocated to each table in which to enjoy their experience at Bombay Pickles. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause. This is due to our popularity and so we can meet our financial targets. However, if the table is not required, you are more than welcome to stay longer.


Customers wishing not to order food will incur a service charge of £20 per head to accompany dining friends at a table.


General

Bombay Pickles reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

At Bombay Pickle, all tips are shared by the staff and management.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the bill before leaving. Any claim of overpayment or disagreement cannot be rectified after you have left Bombay Pickles. Any claim made afterwards will be invalid.

Management reserve the right to refuse service entrance without disclosing reasons.

Last orders for dining in must be ordered 30 minutes before restaurant closing hours.

Use of bad language and raised voices is prohibited in the restaurant, any customers using such language, raising their voices, disrespecting or being rude to team members or other guests will be asked to leave immediately by management


Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase at Bombay pickles only.

Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Bombay Pickles. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash - vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.


Loss of personal belongings

The staff and management at Bombay Pickles will always ensure that customer belongings are protected. However, we accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods left at the restaurant during, prior or after their visit.


Underage Guests

In accordance with the current alcohol licensing laws, minors (individuals under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.


Proof of Age

Upon request, all guests are required to provide acceptable photo identification.


Intoxicated Guests

Any guest judged to be unduly intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Bombay Pickles staff and management reserve the right to terminate a function or refuse service to any guest deemed intoxicated.
Delivery and Takeaway Service

Delivery and collections may have varying dispatch times, on different nights and times of order. Although we try our best to keep this to the bare minimum at all times, please bear with us during peak hours.

At Bombay pickles we try our best to maintain our high standards at all times. However, occasionally things do go wrong sometimes, but be assured we try our best to keep this to the bare minimum at all times.
